Sirela’s Trappist is a semi-hard, fatty cheese made from cow milk, of slightly sour flavour and a pleasant, moderately pronounced fragrance. The crust is straw-coloured, elastic and smooth, and the dough is filled with rare, properly spaced holes. This premium cheese is ideal part of any cheese platter; recommended with dried fruits and grapes, a glass of white wine or on a piece of bread. Trappist is available in 500 g and 2 kg packagings.
