Luncheon meat is a top quality meat tin. No one has produced it before Gavrilović, and the secret of its originality lies in the production that has been perfected for decades, selection and salting of the meat and the optimal thermal processing. Luncheon meat is prepared from high-quality meat dough, salted pork and hard fat tissue with the addition of starch and selected spices. It is stuffed into tins that are sealed, and then thermally treated and cooled. Luncheon meat is a product enriched by mild spices, making the pleasant aroma and mild savoury flavour its basic features. It can last for several years and requires no special storage conditions. Therefore, it is the ideal outdoor meal, on mainland or at the sea, with no special preparation.

Gavrilović Ltd. relies on the tradition of meat processing that extends back for more than 300 years and which was passed down through the centuries by eight generations of the Gavrilović family. Back in 1690, the family first settled in Petrinja, leaving behind the turmoil of war in Bosnia.
