“Golden wheat grain” – barley bread, oat bread and buckwheat bread

PIK Rijeka has innovated traditional production and adapted it to industrial manufactoring preserving important grain cultures. Barley, oat and buckwheat bread are products based on old grain cultures used for bread production, namely rye, barley, oat and buckwheat, without additional wheat flour. They are produced by indirect technological production process, with some variations for each product type. They are additive-free, rectangular shaped, of moist condensity soft in the middle, with discerning full natural aroma and flavour of each ingredient. They bear a distinguishing coating of sezame, oat flakes and barley flour and trademarking lines of the product line.
