Wholewheat and yeast-free bread have nutritious qualities, distinctive look, taste and smell. They are produced from whole wheat grains and seeds by indirect technological production process, with some variations for each product type. They are being processed following a combination of traditional and modern methods. Wholewheat and yeast-free bread have the same shape but different ingredients, resulting in yeast-free bread having heavier weight, higher condensity and slightly acidic taste due to natural fermentation without industrial yeast. They bear a distinguishing coating of sezame and oat flakes and trademarking lines of the product line
