Zdenka’s melted cheese is manufactured from selected raw materials using the company’s own technological process, in a way that turns the cheese in the first-class product full of flavor, perfect lubricity and durability. There is a whole range of melted cheeses appropriate for different groups of consumers: from cheese with a minimal amount of fat, to the one that can substitute butter. A large assortment of products is enriched with melted cheese with additives (ham, mushrooms, etc.) which unify the quality of more ingredients. Melted cheese is packaged in a practical round box of 140 grams with eight cheese triangles per pack.
Since ancient times, the entire northwestern part of the Croatia, especially Bilogora, Moslavina and Podravina, were known as cattle breeding regions. The colorful landscapes covered by forests and pastures, were the home of Simmental cows. In such conditions, the first owner of the dairy steam, Matija Macašek, started with the production of cheese in 1897. Since 1928, the owner of the dairy was Viktor Hrešić, a skilful trader, who laid the foundations of cheese production with his interventions and innovations.
