Liver Pâté

Liver Pâté is a unique Gavrilović product of unquestionable quality and distinctive taste and design. It belongs to a group of products into which we have woven centuries of knowledge and experience. Only the best stewed pork, fat and liver are used in the preparation of the pâté, with the addition of bouillon, additives and mild spices. Prepared stuffing is filled into tins, hermetically sealed, and then heat treated, sterilised and cooled. Liver pâté is pink in colour, of spreadable consistency and of pleasant fragrance and taste. Durability of the product is five years without any special storage instructions. The original recipe and a special way of preparation have for decades ensured the liver pâté a leading position among the tinned meat products.

 

Gavrilović Ltd

Gavrilović Ltd. relies on the tradition of meat processing that extends back for more than 300 years and which was passed down through the centuries by eight generations of the Gavrilović family. Back in 1690, the family first settled in Petrinja, leaving behind the turmoil of war in Bosnia. This is where they opened a butcher’s shop, which in 1821 developed into the meat industry that we know nowadays.
